How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill by check, cash, money order or credit card. You will receive a monthly bill which allows you to pay in one of these formats. Credit card (manual)payments are subject to a $5 convenience fee. You can set up your own customer portal and set up auto pay so you never have to worry about missing a payment.

When is rent due?
Rent is do on the 1st of each month. Rent not paid within the grace period is subject to a late payment fee.

Am I required to store-long term?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases. If you do not provide your 30-written notice as outlined in our lease your contract will automatically renew for another month.

What fee's do you pay at move in?
All rentals must pay a damage deposit equivalent to one months rent and the rental fee for the first month. If you have any questions about these fee's please call!
Do you require insurance?
YES. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE FOR STORED GOODS. Tenant is required to obtain a renters insurance policy to cover Tenant while occupying the Premises. Such policy should include personal property coverage for damage / theft, etc. and personal liability coverage to protect Tenant against injury claims from guests, etc., please forward a copy to us upon receiving.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
All you need is a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store perishables, flammable or hazardous items, explosives, liquid, living plants or animals, stolen or illegal goods. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us.
Do you offer temperature-controlled storage units?
No, we do not offer temperature controlled space at this location nor do we have electricity supplied to the units. We advise you not to store items that can be effected by extreme temperatures.
How do I give my notice to vacate?
We require a 30-day written notice to vacate prior to your paid to date. We are strictly anniversary- no proration is accepted. You must email your notice to montroseministorage@gmail.com or it can be mailed to us at the address listed on your rental agreement.
